3. Moisturizing

If the humidity is too low, the cork will become very dry and the airtightness will become poor, which may cause a large amount of air to enter the wine bottle to accelerate the oxidation of the wine and affect the quality of the wine. Not all wine shrink caps have small holes:

The wine bottle sealed with a screw cap has no holes. Some wine merchants use screw caps in order to preserve the floral and fruity aromas in the wine. There is very little or no air entering the bottle, which can inhibit the oxidation process of the wine (after aging in the bottle, the floral and fruity aroma will gradually disappear). The screw cap does not have the ventilation function of the cork, so it does not need to be punched.
